Sending FIO Fails silently when sending whole balance

I opened up the dev tools and read the error message. I couldn't send my entire balance because of the tx fee. When I tried to send, though, it just refreshed the page doing nothing.

Ah good catch. We should probably change that to show the deduction of the fee and only allow a maximum of the total available - fee.

I'll tag this issue for an upcoming release.
