A naive implementation of simply adding more buttons next to the existing paypal button on the title page causes the buttons to render beneath the title, decreasing readability.

I think we should create a separate page for the donations. That way, we can easily add more donation buttons later without affecting the UI. I'm working on that now.

I can't find a free CDN distributing the icons for PayPal, OpenCollective, and Github. I'll just save a low resolution 28x28 version of each logo in the statics/icons directory.
