Updating to 1.2.16 on bioconda issues
In addition to #13 , I noticed there was a new release of leeHom and this hadn't been updated on bioconda.
I did the required version and md5sum bumping (https://github.com/bioconda/bioconda-recipes/pull/31481/files), but the tests fail because of no make files for libgab or something.
I checked your original bioconda PR and it seems even then the tests didn't pass, and but the PR was approved and merged anyway (conda installed 1.2.15 indeed seems to work OK on my laptop)?
Is there any background to this that I could include in my update PR (e.g. link to gitter discussion with the bioconda maintainers?)
Is this still a problem?
Not sure, I thin k have up in the end.
But it looks like someone else is trying something?

(by someone I mean the author of snakemake :scream: )
I just released a new version, it builds fine on my machine. Will it update the md5sum on bioconda?
Should do but will need to wait 24h
Note 'builds fine on my machine' is probably what 99% of bioconda recipe contributors have said at one point
