Document updateConfig properly

The parameters of the updateConfig function need detailed documentation because they are the most complex part of the API. However, in the package docs, they are not documented but copy-pasted from viewConfig.

Sorry about that! i'm busy right now working on reducing the API complexity (can follow in #43). But I will be updating this with the next release
