Add more meta-data
Ideally, Texture Haven should display more meta-data to make it easier to automate workflows. This gets more important as the site grows and has to maintain a high quality of content and it's delivery.
For example, physical dimensions of the textures would be interesting to know. It's often hard to tell the scale of textures (particularly seamless ones). If texturehaven included reference measurements for the area and depth (in case of displacement / bump) that problem wouldn't exist.
Some textures also tile primarily in one direction. https://texturehaven.com/tex/?t=snow_05 for example, should be marked somehow.
(All of this should probably be encoded in some metadata file that can also be downloaded)
Real-world scale reference is definitely something I'd like to have, I've already added a field for it in the database which shows on the texture page if it's filled in. It's just up to Rob to specify it when he uploads new textures, or to add it in for old ones. I'd recommend emailing him to let him know you want more of this info.
A value for displacement height would also be useful, I'll definitely add that sometime.
