Aliases seem to not work if more than one person is playing the game

Not sure what the cause of this is, it's definitely not just "more than one person playing a game with an alias" as it works just fine in most cases. I suspect it may have to do with games using multiple launchers that show slightly different game names (e.g. with and without a trademark, or different casing).

How are we able to create an alias with a game that has a trademark, I can't find a way to do that.
