Add "recurs until" functionality

Based off of mchen's fork, I have wrapped up (I hope) the "recurs until" functionality.

Let me know if how this looks, and if I need to modify anything. I've got this code just sitting around: It's a waste to not have (some or all of) it merged, when clearly there is demand for the functionality.

Is there any update on this? It would be great to have the never/count/until options in this widget like google calendar has.

I mean you have to get the attention of the maintainers. I have pinged them a few times without success.
