Add option to select date for yearly recurrence rule

I added this because you couldn't select a date for the yearly recurrence rule. For instance if you wanted to schedule something for 1st Dec each year you couldn't.

Can this be brought up to date and merged in? We ran into a use case where this would be very helpful. Without it, the "yearly" option isn't really useful at all.
