test midi mapping -> localStorage again

seeing midi mapping data in json (when clicking gears button) but then not loaded on page restart...

seems to happen after two restarts (the midi mapping loaded from localstorage are not written again to it / the empty default array is written to it if the save button is not pressed..?)
