misalignment of last note before custos

It's apparently difficult to reproduce and there is no minimal example, but a bug appears sometimes in the spacing before the custos, see this example:

where the bug appears on the second line. I'm not sure we can do much without an example, but it's certainly worth recording in case other reports appear.
