Option to remove highlight and ripple effect when sorting is clicked on table header

Expected Behavior

There is an option to remove this feature

Current Behavior

Notice the datatable examples have gray highlight when you hover and ripple on sortOnChange. for example this sandbox: https://439oorwx3w.sse.codesandbox.io/#serverside-sorting
