Pedantic correction of oxford-comma

It's a simple matter of weight ratios. A 2 comma sentence cannot carry a 4 item list.

Existing assertion: "The values are {1}, {0}, {0} and {1}!"

Application of Oxford / Serial Comma: "The values are {1}, {0}, {0}, and {1}!"
