Extension can no longer be found in the azure extension list

Previously, the steps to enable this extension on an azure web app would be to go to the extensions blade, click add, and then find this extension in the list.

The extension can no longer be found in the list, what happened?

Setting "HTTPS Only" to on under the Custom Domains blade seems to have the same effect as this extension, that is possibly the new way to do this?
