IIS Re-Direct Rules

Hello. Great extension. I have a question though.

Initially I was using IIS rewrite rules to redirect http to https and from non www to www.

But, since I have turned on your extension, my non www to www rule seems to be causing havoc. When I browse to mysite.com, my browser goes to https://www.www.mysite.com.
