Build tests on demand

When adding this repo into other one, you can't control whether to build tests or not. I have made this patch to select if you want to build the test or not. Is compatible with your current master.

0001-build-test-option.patch

The only changes are: image

If you wish I can make a pull request or you can apply this with git apply 0001-build-test-option.patch.
