Use Eleventy Image to generate images

Eleventy Image has all the functionality we need to generate images in the picture shortcode, including an example of synchronous usage.

hi @gregives have you touched on using eleventy-image plugin instead of the shortcode? been tinkering with it after reading Lazily Loading Images with the 11ty Image Plugin and i think i got a working example: https://github.com/bronze/twelvety
