Support MacOS

https://github.com/gregertw/actingweb_firstapp/tree/add_mac_support has a basic working MacOS support. Unfortunately, the google_maps_flutter plugin does not yet support macos, so the experience is not really there. Of course, as a template for other apps, it is still helpful, but the template should be running before I want to merge something to master.

Bumping this again as macos support is now stable, so should be revisited.
