isolate in custom dir

I have a folder _posts/myfiles/*lotsoffiles

When I integrate back, all these are posted to _posts/lotsoffiles

Sorry about that, I guess I never accounted for subfolders there. Should have some time next weekend to fix!

For me this is super useful as I have 10K documents.

Ugh, sorry about the delay! I did have a fix but for some reason it was causing errors on my Arch Linux box and I then never got back to it. I'm in the middle of buying a house right now, but I will eventually get to this, bear with me..
