[Feature Request] Somersloop assignation

It would be helpful, if possible, to be able to factor somersloops into the calculation and have them assigned to whichever machines will provide the most overall efficiency.

Unfortunately, sloops are not technically possible with current solver. For new Tools I plan to use a different solver, but that's far in future.
