/CLOSEAPPLICATIONS optionnal parameter is not functionnal on setup

Hi,

In order to install greenshot on multiple PC, i used the /CLOSEAPPLICATIONS parameter from the installer. Howerver, this parameter didn't work properly and the installer displayed an error message asking me to close the applications manually.

To reproduce the bug, you only need to enter the following command in a powershell console :

.\Greenshot-INSTALLER-1.3.290-UNSTABLE.exe /CLOSEAPPLICATIONS

Here is the displayed error message :

Versions :

• Greenshot version : 1.3.290
• Windows version : Windows 10/21H2

Also Silent and VerySilent do not work!
