Time related type are not comparable in cardinality estimation

commit 8383593168abb9084ee9c1da07ab5fb6a40ce639 forbid to compare time related type with another if they are not exactly the same. But in tpcds case，it awalys lead to an inaccurate estimation. for example image we can get a more accurate estimation in postgres optimizer. why not map date to double directly so that date can compare to timestamp?
