Missing documentation for `linear_interploate()` functions

Expected behavior

GPDB documentation should have information about GPDB built-in functions linear_interpolate().

Actual behavior

linear_interpolate() functions only appear in the following blog post and source code tests. https://tanzu.vmware.com/content/blog/time-series-analysis-part-3-resampling-and-interpolation https://github.com/greenplum-db/gpdb/blob/master/src/test/regress/expected/timeseries.out#L352
