Create funding information automatically

I'm not sure that we can get this into an elegant form in prose. Perhaps a table like COI is the way to go for now.

We used to automate some of the funding section (#550). I would no longer recommend that approach. It grouped grants by funder, then sorted within a funder, then listed authors listing that specific source: https://github.com/greenelab/deep-review/pull/550/files#diff-60c4f4fb998c8de166459e3394831187L57-R61

Sorting all listed grants and then listing pertinent authors would be simpler.
