Outdated documentation for Ubuntu

For Ubuntu users, the process is supposed to run on version 22.04 LTS. The latest version of curl in Ubuntu 22.04 is 7.81.0. But when the first cmake command for gvm-libs, throws error that libcurl version 7.83.0 is required. Documentation needs amendment for Ubuntu version and libcurl.
