Filters on accepted events

I'm playing exposing Citrine to the outside and in this context would be important to filter accepted events, to avoid bloating the db with useless data. Probably the permission structure could be simple as the following:

• Accept events signed by [list of keys]
• Accept events that refer to [list of key]
• Accept events from any other keys

Another plus could be a list of approved kinds (maybe for each individual filter).
