Add support for 2-of-3 account recovery

The title says it all—it'd be nice if Gentle supported the recovery of GreenAddress-created 2-of-3 accounts.

Also related, does Gentle support recovery from "simple" accounts (2-of-2 accounts whose account index is > 0)?
