Running the app as a web page

Is it possible to serve WalletCrx by a server? I would like to run it as a web page capable to be accessed by both desktop and mobile (without having chrome extension for desktop and Cordova app for mobile).

There is this https://github.com/greenaddress/greenaddresswebfiles/tree/js_only_deprecated but it has been deprecated because we are moving to local apps instead of web server and native libraries (see https://github.com/ElementsProject/libwally-core)
