Security Feature: Allow only INSERTs into database

Currently the clients from the cluster and the server have no special user set and if they would be compromised this would mean that they could alter the database.

The proposed change would need a change in the table architecture so that only INSERT statments are possible.

The tables that need to be restructured and de-normalized are projects and jobs
