Adding Refprop as property package

Hello, Is there any way to integrate Refprop as property package in DWSIM?

May broke some of the logics based on passing empty object.

- Add different styling depends on a actor type - Add controls to spend ego - Add action number tracking

Data path needs to be changed in all sheets, both for getUpdate() methods and templates files.

Shield item do not have any qualities available to choose

Verification is needed if shields has any qualities.

SCSS code is a hot mess at the moment. One version should be released only for cleaning up, optimizing and unifying looks.
