Ubertooth orange led and the timeouts

Hello i tried using the ubertooth with lets say ubertooth-specan-ui and the the orange led lights up and in specan nothing is happening like there is nothing going on and if i try to close specan and then toopen lets say ubertooth-util -v it say tiemd out -7 how is it fixable ore waht is this
