What issue are you facing?

I am using HackRF One u9 with PortaPack Mayhem v2.1.0. I have detected a persistent artifact near 5100MHz. I have calculated the frequencies of the heterodynes and their harmonics in the hope of explaining the source of the artifact to myself, but without success. Help me determine what the source of the artifact is. Is the artifact inherent in HackRF or the result of an unsuccessful scanning algorithm in PortaPack LookingGlass? HackRF_Tuning.pdf
