Add explanation of hardware revisions to documentation

What would you like us to add to or change about the HackRF One documentation?

The list of hardware revisions documentation page should have some overview of why the hardware revisions exist (mainly to deal with changes in part availability) and that they all meet the same performance specs measured in the factory.
