[Documentation]: Add rad1o page to the documentation

What would like us to add to or change about the HackRF One documentation?

Right now there are pages for HackRF, jawbreaker, and Opera Cake in the HackRF documentation (https://hackrf.readthedocs.io/en/latest/). It would be nice to have a page on rad1o too.

I've just come across this open issue and that suggestion looks great for newcomers like me. What is rad1o? (Looks pretty obvious and it's a pretty small code but, the more info the better). Is there any documentation that walks you through the whole repository? For example, in hackrf/tools there's shell script code, in hackrf/firmware there's Python, VHDL, C. It will be nice to be able to find some introductory code if possible to see how things are organized planned and architectured. Apart from the host, has anyone build from source the hackrf firmware on Windows?
