Error on startup

This error shows sometimes (~1/4 times) when starting up the server, other times it works fine. mysql database has 1.2mil people in it. mysql openfiles and max connections already set to pretty much unlimited.

It's a pretty generic error of MySQL, not much I can do unfortunatly. The error just means it errored trying to do stuff with the server
