Add MGame to Taginfo Projects

Show the OpenStreetMap community what data you are using. Add MGame to the list of Taginfo Projects.

(eventhough I am unsure if this is being published anywhere just yet, or whether it is using an existing parser.)

"MGame" will not be the game's final name, I will add the game to the list once a name is chosen. One candidate name is "Vanilla Rally" (see the Android version on GitHub and the release in Google Play).

Note that "Vanilla Rally" is a stripped-down version of "MGame", with no violence involved (just a rally game).
