question about modbus slave IDs

if I use modbus to control my vfd I know that is set to ID 1, if I also enable the grblpanel plugin what ID is it set to? I assume 2, or would that be something I can configure in setting after it is flashed?

Hi, the grblpanel plugin does provide a setting ($541) to change the Modbus address. Default value is 10 (0x0A) to match the current Zephyr backend implementation.

Yep, my original setup had both grblPANEL and VFD communication over Modbus. (Have more recently switched to CAN bus, but my original controller board didn't have that option).
