Exit gracefully if stream does not exist

Right now the dashboard is just showing no data and you cannot immediately see that you used a not existing stream ID.

The same thing applies to invalid URLs.

We now exit on a 404. This could be made more friendly (as in, which stream failed), so I'll keep this open.
