Add method for eBook.de

Hi, I have found that eBook.de stores buyer identification in META-INF/cdp.info.

I have created a method to delete that file, I append the patch here. This feature should be added to the program.

There's a "Pull Request" function on GitHub for sending patches visually. You should be able to create a pull request to merge changes in your repo to gray's.
