`@daffodil/storefront` library for shared ecommerce components

Summary

Over the last few years @xelaint and I have on numerous occasions discussed a shared ecommerce component library that combines all of the learnings we've had from building UI over the last decade or so.

This library would house components that are more complicated than @daffodil/design but reusable in more than just one application.

Objectives

This library would house ecommerce storefront related UI.

New components:

Loading Buttons
"Quick' Search Results
Carousel Component (#4125)
Product page?
Category page?
Category filters
Product card

Components in @daffodil/design that should be moved to this new package:

DaffQuantityFieldComponent (blocked by #4121)
