What were you doing?

During a discussion, I realized that Daffodil's "entry" documentation is fairly abysmal and could use some love.

Expected behavior

It would be nice if we had a little Stackblitz for each package showcasing each package's baseline capabilities.

Existing Documentation

We already have a few Stackblitz packages available for design, and there is a Stackblitz floating about for Newsletter and External Router as well, we should investigate these for a starting point.
