[Bug]: UI on the main screen the banner "take the tutorial" does not disappear and can not be removed

What happened?

A bug happened!

Tenant Community UI: v0.30.0 Server: v0.30.0

UI main screen there is no way to remove the banner. clicking on the take the tutorial does not remove it and it covers important buttons
