[Bug]: Network hosts randomly become unreachable.

What happened?

I am observing hosts on randomly becoming unreachable to each other.

This is on a newly-minted network and a set of hosts.

The Netmaker logs show that there is a zombie node (already!) - and the turn logs are also showing something wacky.

This makes my network unusable.
