[BUG] Netclient Docker OR Netclient Binary Fails to apply iptables rules in synology

Synology is using iptables v1.8.3 (legacy) and for some reason Netclient fails to apply any iptable rules.

The result is that you only can access the machine where the Netclient is installed.

Manually adding rules in the iptable works.
