Teleport's EAS bootstrap should be clear about what it will do before it does it

Current vs Expected behavior:

Currently, if a user wants to know what actions the teleport integration configure externalauditstorage ... command will take, they need to look through the go source code. The script should be very clear about what it will de before proceeding.

The AWS OIDC configuration should also be documented (at the same time, probably).
