This PR introduces the following changes:

  • updates teleport to v2.3.5
  • adds compilation in a docker container

Ping @a-palchikov @kontsevoy When can you merge this?

I am running into a problem that I suspect version differences:

$ ./teleconsole -v -s teleport.server.com
INFO[0000] Getting version from https://teleport.server.com:443  file=clt/api_client.go:71 func=clt.(*APIClient).CheckVersion
404 Not Found: 404 page not found
