Suggest adding additional video files supported by Smugmug

Additional supported video formats can be added to DEFAULT_MEDIA_EXT and VIDEO_EXT (avi, m4v, m4a, mpeg, mpg). Uploads seem to work fine when these are added, although there can still some issues with sync when the files already exist on Smugmug.
