OutputFolder with assets

In addition or instead of the single HTML file, there should be the possibility to provide a folder where the assets (css/js) and the generated HTML file are copied to.

Clicking on a cmdlet in the Navigation should navigate to it

Currently two clicks are needed to navigate to a cmdlet. But it should allready navigate to it when clicking on the cmlet name in the left navigation.
