Request: Integrate SE98 Icon Pack Theme into Chicago95/Chicago95 Plus!

Hi @grassmunk and @EMH-Mark-I: I know I've brought this up before, but I would love to see @nestoris Windows 98SE Icon integrated into Chicago95, for users who might be interested in having a Windows 98 look available as well since they are so similar. I've been using this for over 3 years as my primary desktop and love the 98SE icons. Would love to see both projects work together to have a full-fledged Windows 95/98 experience on Linux XFCE desktops, particularly with regard to the Plus! I'd echo this. I'd also really like to be able to have color gradient in the active title bar like what was possible in Windows 98/ME
