Added new fields to Body and Robot.
Added additional information about Robots and Bodies, as requested in issue #4.
Also added functions for converting between ROS Pose messages and Graspit transf objects. These replaced several instances of duplicated code.
This doesn't compile: Assertion failed: file '/home/jvarley/ros/graspit_temp/src/graspit_interface/msg/PlannerResult.msg' does not exist. Message: message file not found
Can we break this down into several smaller commits?
