adding list planner

Not ready to be pulled in. I just wanted the make the PR so others could find it/ finish it.

I converted the compliant planner to a list planner. Cleaned up the dialog and added it back into the grasp menu. It works except I never finished the code to output the final grasps.

To test File-> Open -> plannerMug.xml Grasp -> ListPlanner...

When you guys have some time can we merge this PR with the working version of the list planner that you have been using.
